Conversion Table
U.S. to Metric and Metric to U.S.
Ingredients:
1 egg white
1 teaspoon water
1 pound walnuts or pecans
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
Procedure:
Beat egg whites and water until frothy.
Add nuts; mix until coated.
Mix last ingrediaents and add to nuts.
Spread on cookie sheet.
Bake at 250-300 degrees for 15 minutes.
Makes a great holiday gift.
